Lyndsay is a passionate educator committed to creating inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming learning environments where all children can thrive. Previously a teacher in Step by Step’s preschool classroom, Lyndsay possesses a strong background in early education and physical literacy. She is a proponent of sensory-rich experiences and individualized support for diverse learners and brings warmth, energy, and a child-centred approach to every aspect of her leadership. 

Lyndsay holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Université de Moncton with a major in Physical Education and minors in French and Biology.

A lover of recreational sports, Lyndsay enjoys playing volleyball and staying active with friends and family.
