When parents recognize their toddler is missing milestones that come easily to their peers, there are few supports prior to preschool that address developmental delays.

First Steps seeks to fill this gap by providing classes to toddlers ages 19 months - 3 years. Children participate in activities and therapy aimed at building communication, engagement, sensory awareness, fine motor and gross motor skills. First Steps offers speech therapy, music therapy and conductive education therapy.

Classes are available before Program Unit Funding (PUF) eligibility age and without a formal diagnosis.

Early intervention classes can help reduce the long-term impacts of developmental delays as your child grows.
