Kelsey is a dedicated community builder who brings a blend of heart and professionalism to her role as Operations Director. With roots in corporate Calgary and a passion for helping children thrive, she has been an integral part of Step by Step since its launch in 2015.  

A natural and driven leader, Kelsey has played a key role in every stage of the organization’s growth. She is deeply invested in creating meaningful, positive experiences for the families we serve and is committed to ensuring an exceptional school experience for every child. 

Outside of work, Kelsey is often on the sidelines coaching, managing, or cheering on her twin boys’ sports teams, or enjoying a run with her dog, Lucky.
