Brynn is a dedicated and knowledgeable leader with an intimate understanding of Step by Step’s many intricacies. She joined the organization in 2017 as a developmental aide, working one-on-one with children at the centre, in homes, and in the community. An initiative taker and efficient organizer, Brynn gradually took on more of a business role, drawing on experience from her years in various departments at the Law Society of Alberta.
Brynn holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Calgary. She enjoys connecting with children and skillfully joins program activities regularly with a particular affinity towards behaviour strategy and occupational therapy components.
Her passion for helping children with disabilities was sparked by her niece, whose intellectual disability has required she have a variety of supports in school and the community. Brynn enjoys being active with family and friends. You can often find her at the dog park with her husband attempting to tire out their pup, Frankie.
